| The Grun Company Signs Wirant Sales |

Modesto, CA, January 4, 2007 – Wirant Sales, a premier manufacturers' representatives agency, has signed to represent The Grun Company in California and Northern Nevada.
“Wirant Sales is very selective when choosing which OEMs we will represent.” Said Chuck Skladanek, Wirant Sales Vice-President. “We chose to represent The Grun Company because of their excellent engineering, product durability and focus on our customers.”
Grun branded products presently include Strawblowers and Hydromulchers. Engineering development is currently in process on two additional product categories scheduled for launch at The Rental Show in Atlanta with more product categories planned for future development. All Grun products are sold exclusively through the rental channel. As a result of Grun’s dedicated rental strategy, Grun products have no channel conflicts or resale restrictions.
Grun is a new brand created to meet the compact equipment needs of the rental channel in niche markets.
